Experience Required for the Job

Medical experience is required before you hang up a shilling and call yourself a medical professional. Veterinarians require a lot of on-the-job training under qualified leaders. A veterinarian who will do surgery must definitely practice! 

Further experience is also beneficial. A new veterinarian, just starting out, wouldn’t have the benefit of experience.The vet to my dog Bella has decades of experience, so he knows what he is likely to come across. He knows what problems often crop up, and has many ideas on how to solve them. He has a good flow for managing an office with several patients at once.
